Paper submission and review process

We invite participants to submit 1-4 page papers (in CHI EA format) describing a crisp, self-contained problem in the field of the workshop. Successful submissions will have the potential to raise discussion, provide insights for other attendees, or illustrate problems and provide potential solutions.

All material must be uploaded to the EasyChair submission system on or before the submission deadline. Submissions should be made not later than August 21st, 2016 using the EasyChair paper submission system available here: Submit to AutoUI '16 workshop (select the correct track: Workshop on Ethically Inspired User Interfaces for Decision Making in Automated Driving). Please feel free to contact the organizers at any time.

The selection of workshop participants will be done by a review process. To guarantee fair decisions, experts from the broader field of (driving) psychology and ethics will serve as reviewers. Submissions need not to be anonymous. Final decisions of accepting or rejecting a paper will be made by the organizers of the workshop based on the review scores and with respect to offering all workshop participants an interesting, diversified program.

Templates

Please format your paper according to the ACM SIGCHI extended abstract (EA) format. Templates can be downloaded at the ACM SIGCHI Conference Publications Format webpage. Submissions do not need to be anonymous.
